METHOD OF PAYMENT: I accept PAYPAL only. It is a fast and secure way to pay online. All you have to do is to sign up for Paypal at the time of check-out, give them your form of payment, and follow the instructions. This way, you don't have to share your financial information with anyone else. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 4-7 days of the order, but allow more time during busy seasons. We ship by USPS Priority Mail. We are now processing orders originating outside of the United States and will ship worldwide. RETURNS: All returns of jewelry must be made within 7 days of purchase in the original package. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item, and please insure the package since we are not responsible for package loss. All returns of dresses must also be made within 7 days, in the original package, with the tags on. The refund will be made minus shipping costs. EXCHANGES: There are no exchanges of jewelry since they are one-of-a-kind. If you want to exchange a dress for another size, remember that you must pay the return shipping costs. Also, remember to view the size chart, and if there is any question about size, please select the next largest. The dress can always be sized down, but nothing can be done when it is too small. Evening gown sizes tend to run small, so don't be offended if you have to order a larger size. TAX: 6.1% tax will be added to all Arizona customers. INSURANCE: Please remember to insure all return packages. We cannot be responsible for the loss of merchandise. CUSTOM DESIGNS: We welcome your inquiries of special jewelry designs if you have a favorite gemstone, but please remember custom jewelry is not returnable. PRIVACY POLICY: Since we only accept payment by Paypal, we do not have access to your financial information, and we do not share other information such as name, address, or eMail with outside parties.
